I want to get back into Fallout 4 on Xbox now that I have a series S but last time I tried to use Sim Settlements 2 Rise of the Commonwealth I had a lot of issues. This might still be a load order issue, where one of the mods in you list is overwriting area. Fallout 4 sim settlements load order Fallout 4 is by far the best game I have played to date!!! There is so much to do an so many places to explore.
